Include: what the task was, where it took place, and why it was required (maintenance, commissioning, repair, fault response).

List individuals/teams, their responsibilities, and your own role (e.g., permit holder, operator, supervisor, protection technician, contractor).
3) Inspection, Testing, and Certification
Describe any inspection/testing and required documentation: visual, IR/continuity, earth testing, relay/CB testing, commissioning/functional checks. Explain the purpose.
4) Circuit Protection (if relevant)
If applicable: type of protection, purpose, and devices used (overcurrent, differential, distance; relays, CTs, VTs, CBs). If not applicable, write “Not applicable”.
5) Legislation, Codes, and Standards
Identify relevant legislation, codes of practice, standards (AS/NZS), and internal procedures. Briefly explain how they influenced the work.
6) Reflection
Brief reflection: what you learned, what went well, and what you’d do differently next time (2–4 sentences).
7) Photos (optional)
